Hi Joel, yes, sometimes it is, but when it’s challenging the rewarding feeling you get once you’ve finished is even better!!

      Hello,

Just to add to Luke’s answer, as well as rewarding, we do learn a lot when a task is hard and complicated. It is surprising how much more understanding and knowledge you gain. I always try to look back on each project/task and see what I could use in my next challenge.

It can be difficult at times because so many people need answers in one go and your attention is generally divided between tasks. It is all worth it at the end though.

      Hi,
It can be… sometimes things just don’t go my way – I’m the person who finds the only duff part in the boxfull. everytime.
Timing of the laser to electric signals is hard, as electric is slower than light. so we send the electric signals before the laser if fired. bit complicated !
making something new, for the first time is also challenging.

As the others have pointed out, there are challenges which you will face in every project but it is very important that you learn from that and use it as a transferable skill to take onto the next project or future projects where this could become useful information or knowledge.

      thanks
