I would say the most brilliant thing I have accomplished would be when I joined the Great Western Electrification, and started making an imprint on the infarstructure used by the public. This role was very important to me and still gives me a great sense of achievement to know the positive impact I have been making.

Working toward the Liquid explosive detector, that’s a brilliant device, and will go Global.
Not forgetting our World record, that’s pretty cool ( most intense pulsed Laser beam, set in 2005 ) – and we had to build the whole thing, from the ground up. Director lost his parking space for that project 🙂

accomplished would be raising over £1500 for Help for Heroes by organising a trip for myself and 3 mates to canoe the entire length of the (non tidal) Thames River in a week (135 miles) not engineering but I did have to use a lot of the same organisational, management, communication and resourcing skills as I do day to day, so I reckon it counts 🙂
